In the late Victorian period jewellery was heavily influenced by new discoveries jewel encrusted crescent and star designs were very popular. The brooch has a 'c' clasp and a delicate safety chain which can be used to secure the brooch. The piece is in excellent vintage condition and measures 4. 5cm.
