The hillside vineyards are on distinctive soils of sand, red clay and limestone and all the grapes are harvested by hand. This is 100% Tempranillo, from 25 45 year old vines, aged 9 months in a mixture of old French and American oak barrels, and is full of rounded, vibrant black
