HIS EYE IS ON THE SPARROW Gilbert Young Ellis Hall"His Eye is on the Sparrow" is a limited edition, signed and numbered lithograph on paper. 20" x 25". Offered in an edition of 500. "His Eye is on the Sparrow" is one of my favorite hymns and I wanted to create a piece that spoke to the lyrics. I actually saw this man and child in church, and I used our son Matthew as the model when I was ready to create it.

On his arm is a Black Lives Matter tattoo

I particularly like this one because of the fingers reaching out of the artwork near my signature

In this piece I reveal the perceived and promoted notion of what black beauty is--according to social media

I'm thinking I'm pretty good

This one is my favorite and it features Marion Meadow

I felt like  the piece represents the entire sport of boxing and ANY boxing fan would love it

It adds an authentically vintage feel to the piece

The lithograph is 13" x 17"
