Caribe Hibiscus Cordial Products A cross-over between a fruitHibiscus flowers or "Flores de Jamaica" are widely used in the gastronomy of Mexico and many Central America countries. Mostly found in its dried form, it is steeped in hot water as an infusion giving its characteristic deep magenta color and tart taste. We use a large amount of Mexican dried hibiscus flowers in each batch alongside apple juice, rosewater and citrus oils of orange and grapefruit to round up the delicate flavor of our final product.
