All vermouths are made with traditional Piedmontese grapes (Moscato, Nebbiolo, etc) and prominently feature local herbs such as chamomile, gentian, and juniper. The Moscato in this Extra Dry adds lovely rich and fruity aromas to a traditional dry Vermouth that uses mostly gentian root and gentian flowers as its bittering component.
