There is an early inscription on the the blank ffep, "Please return to Elisabeth E. Johnson. 115 Fulton Street. New York City." Some records indicate a Mrs. E. E. Johnson was Jeremiah Lanphier's Assistant. Either way, this copy just two blocks down from the church. Smith, Matthew
