Butchery Lane Size:12 x 16" | 30 x 40cm Built in 1301-09Located in the heart of Canterbury this historic cobbled lane with timber framed houses, swinging shop signs, cafs, bars and museums, provides the perfect view of Canterbury Cathedral Tower. A bulls head still hangs there to this day reminiscent of the many butcher shops from which it got its name. Many of the buildings on the right hand side were damaged in the bombings of WW2.
