Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 Quantity:1 Bottle Garnet colour with hints ofThe 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon fruit was hand picked on 27th March 2023. Fermented in open vessels and plunged three times a day until dry. Pressed and put into new and old French oak barrels for 18 months. This wine is deep purple hue with notes of spice and dark forest fruits. Hints of chocolate mocha, good acid balance, oak on the nose integrated into the palate. A wine that will benefit from decanting. Displays a lovely fine palate and soft velvet
