She wasn't famous, but she loved painting and Cosmos was one of her favourite subject matters. Her paintings of cosmos, boats and Stellenbosch streets were the only ones in our house growing up and I used to be fascinated that someone can paint such nice pictures. This one with the blue background is one of my favourites and I thought you will enjoy it with me. This
