Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough Focaccia apple pie Reserve yoursOur Jalapeo Cheddar Sourdough Focaccia is a bold, savory loaf baked in our Filipino artisan bakery, crafted with just six ingredients: flour, salt, water, olive oil, jalapeos, and sharp aged cheddar cheese. Made with naturally leavened dough and 512 grams of bread flour at 82% hydration, this sourdough loaf is fermented slowly for flavor and texture. We use a mix of fresh (when in season) and pickled jalapeos, folded in generously after the bulk rise.
